Courtney 'CoCo' August epitomizes hard work, integrity, energy, personality, consideration, and selflessness. CoCo grew up in Ralph, AL (Tuscaloosa County) and developed a love for real estate as a young child, viewing real estate periodicals and enjoying the details of what made homes beautiful.
 
She has worked in every aspect of the real estate industry, from representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both the residential and commercial markets. CoCo is married to her real estate partner, Rich August. They have three beautiful children. Some of her hobbies include enjoying family, entertaining guests, and a college football on Saturdays.
